While most of us are so busy balancing life’s chores, I truly believe it’s vital to spend some time outdoors each day/week. As Canadians, we are really good at spending our time outdoors in the other 3 seasons. But, even in the dead of winter 🥶 try dedicating a small fragment of your day/week to “sky time”. There truly is no better, cheaper, simpler form of self-care than spending time outdoors moving your body. Your kids will thank you. Your husbands will thank you.
