Jenna is a Hike Leader and founder of The Little Expedition Company. She has been obsessed with outdoor adventures since being introduced to camping and hiking as a small child. She has three young children who have been hiking and camping since their infancy. For Jenna, there is nothing better than spending a full day challenging her mind and body on a vigorous hike. She has hiked and camped in 3 continents and has summited mountains in western Canada, California, Maine, New York, and South America. Currently, Jenna is completing the 46ers, summiting all 46 of the highest peaks in the Adirondacks.
Jenna holds a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology and enjoys bridging outdoor adventure and history together. She has completed training courses in First Aid and Species at Risk and plans to undertake a Mountain Guiding course in the Adirondacks in the near future.
Rebecca leads the yoga component of The Little Expedition Company. She began practicing yoga in 2003 for the physical challenge of a class. In 2016, she immersed herself in the spiritual world of yoga in light of tragedy. It was during her Yoga Teacher Training that she was introduced to Ahimsa – a belief of practicing non-violence on the self and changing negative thought patterns to positive. It is this energy that she carries into every class. She approaches each class with Ahimsa and humour. She is a firm believer that yoga is a healing medicine. It can cure what ails you with time, patience, and stillness.
